James Moore has been in the financial industry for over 30 years working as the Vice President of Retirement Plan Services at CPS Insurance Services, Newport Beach. He specializes in developing a firm’s footprint in the marketplace while maintaining an extensive network of loyal advisors. Outside the office, you’ll find him spending quality time with his four sons – from coaching their sports teams, doing charity work on their behalf, and treating them to a day at Disneyland. James is the ultimate family man.
Taffy Guillen, Managing Director of Client Services
Taffy has been servicing qualified retirement plans for over 30 years. She is well versed in the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and focuses on plan design consulting with the intent to improve plan health. She has earned both the Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) designation from the National Institute of Pension Administrators, along with her Certified Fund Specialist (CFS) from the Institute of Business and Finance. When not in the office, you will find her playing with at least one of her four grandchildren.
Thomas Nicols, Disability Income Sales & Marketing Manager
Tom heads up the Disability Income Department at CPS Insurance Services as Sales & Marketing Manager. He began his career with the company in 1998 as a New Business Manager, assisting independent brokers with case design and sales concepts for life insurance. Tom totals 31 years of Retail Life Sales, Disability Income, Financial Planning and Wholesaling experience. He enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren, Dylan and Audrey. On the weekends, you may find Tom exploring new hiking trails with his wife.
